Essential criteriafor success in this role include:

·        A minimum of two years sales experience, ideally from real-estateindustry.

·        Holding an "agent representative certificate"

·        A highly motivated and positive "can do" attitude

·        Excellent presentation ability, written and verbal communicationskills

·        An ability to develop productive long-term relationships withclients

·        Ability to work in and drive a performance based culture

·        Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

·        High level of competency in negotiation

·        Great organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

·        A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.

·        Open For Inspection when needed

Salary 45k-55k + commission

Negotiable depends onexperience.
