Solicitationof Newsletter Editing Service for American Consulate GZ

The American Consulate General Guangzhou islooking for quotation under full and open competition procedures forNewsletter Editing Service to the Consulate. 

This newsletter is a bi-weekly publication aimed at the officialAmerican community and their families. The minimum length is eight pages. Thefile shall be submitted in PDF format.

The contractor shall provide the workspace, equipment and software necessary to produce this newsletter. The contractor shall e-mail the finishedwork product to the Consulate’s Community Liaison Office nolater than Close of Business (COB) every-other Monday. Thecontractor shall supply the service for one year (including 26 issues), withthe option to extend for a second year (including 26 issues).

The sample newslettermust be submittedwith Guangzhou related information and any topics the editorbelieves would be interest. All information must be original and it shall notcontain any items or information which involve copyright matters/issues or infringement.
