We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Greeter in our Sydney, Haymarket Branch on a Fixed Term Contract, enjoying full benefits of full time employee.
• Responding to customer enquiries whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
• Actively promoting our full range of products and services to customers.
• Handling customer complaints efficiently and promptly.
• Assisting customers in preparing necessary documentation.
• Contributing to the front lines sales delivery of products and services by promoting cross-selling opportunities.
• General typing, filing and administration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• The Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification/education.
• A minimum of 6 months customer service experience within a Financial Services or Retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
• High level attention to detail.
• A passion for delivering first-class customer service to a diverse client base.
• Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced or changing environments.
• Mandarin & Cantonese desired
