Bulgari UK is looking for Retail Interns for our stores in London. The internship will start with a 3-month contract (with the opportunity to be extended for another 3 months). As a Retail Intern you will act as an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client experience is once-in-a- lifetime, guiding them across our bold and elegant jewellery, watches and accessories, while also supporting back of house activities and VM.
Accountabilities:
·To work as a team with management and co-workers to achieve personal and store goals
·Contribute to the store and service KPIs achievement
·To be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions
·Ensure that all front areas of the store are clean and products are displayed
·To strive to be a customer service oriented to ensure a positive shopping experience
Profile / Skills
·Fluency in English is a must
·Additional language, such as Mandarin/Cantonese/Arabic would be a nice plus
·Eagerness to learn and succeed
·Impeccable grooming and manners
·Proactive and interest in jewellery is crucial
·Initiative and Negotiation Skills
