2018年12月15日周六晚，西南美国商会在成都富力丽思卡尔顿酒店成功举办了圣诞亲子狂欢嘉年华之穿越奇幻森林主题派对。在圣诞节临近之际，美商会邀请了来自西南地区的高管、政府、领馆及外国代表处官员与家人、孩子、朋友欢聚一堂，享受欢乐时光。派对以红绿白色为主题，大人们盛装出席，小朋友们都穿上了萌趣动物服装。为了让每位来宾都能享受此次派对，美商会特地设置了两个儿童游乐空间。每位嘉宾均有茶叶填充的小熊猫挂件作为伴手礼相赠。当晚会场气氛欢快，嘉宾畅意交流，小朋友们尽情玩耍。

On December 15th, 2018, AmCham Southwest successfully held the 2018 Christmas Family Fun Carnival Party-- Through the Jungle at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu. With Christmas nearing up, we invited high-level managements, government officials, officers of consulates and foreign representative offices along with their family and children to attend this event to have the most unforgettable Christmas memory. The color theme of the Party was the classical red, green and white. Adults were all dressed up and the kids were wearing adorable animal costumes. AmCham especially set up two Children’s Corners for families to have fun together. All guests received a tea-leaves stuffed panda toy as a gift. The atmosphere was delightful and light-hearted. While the guests were engaged in networking, their kids also enjoyed themselves. 

美商会2018圣诞亲子嘉年华是一场全家共赏的狂欢活动。成都富力丽思卡尔顿酒店为宾客们准备了各式圣诞主题美食，包括烤火鸡、烤全鹅、特制火钳酒等，更有主厨精心制作的超长传统树桩蛋糕助阵。同时，还有美国啤酒和比利时进口冰淇淋为晚宴增添亮点。派对开场由美商会会长Benjamin Wang、美国驻成都总领事馆总领事Jim Mullinax和成都富力丽思卡尔顿总经理Marcel Damen分别致欢迎词。来宾置身于摩登时尚的超大空中27楼吧台，欣赏着前所未有的精彩演出。不仅包括传统的圣诞表演，例如空灵悠扬的唱诗班吟唱和圣诞小精灵舞蹈，更有耳目一新的花式调酒秀、互动街舞秀和现场沙画绘制。

The 2018 Christmas Family Fun Party was a perfect event for the whole family. The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu presented a hearty buffet dinner including Christmas roast turkey and goose, Feuerzangenbowle, and all sorts of gourmet food. The chef also prepared a beautiful log cake for the guests to share. In addition, American beer and Belgium ice cream provided by our generous sponsors were also quite popular among the guests. The Party was kicked off with holiday greetings from AmCham Chairman Benjamin Wang, Consul General of the U.S. Consulate General in Chengdu Jim Mullinax and Acting General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu Marcel Damen. The event took place in Flair on the 27th floor, a modern and unique open-air restaurant with an amazing view. Guests enjoyed a series of brilliant performances, not only limited to traditional Christmas ones such as melodious carols and cheerful dances, but also refreshing shows like cocktail mixing show, interactive street dance and live sand-painting performance. 

当晚派对的高潮非魔术表演和小丑互动莫属。无论大人还是小朋友，都被魔术师的高超技艺所吸引，目不转睛地欣赏着他带来的神奇表演。随后出场的欢乐小丑更是让小朋友们难以抑制激动的心情，纷纷上前与他游戏互动。圣诞派对当然少不了美妙的音乐，动人心弦的钢琴四手联弹、小提琴钢琴二重奏为来宾营造了温馨氛围。

Highlight of the Party was definitely the magic show and clown performance. Both kids and adults were fascinated by the talented magician and watched closely when he was doing his tricks. The clown showed up next and turned the Party into a real carnival for the kids. Christmas Party is not complete without some delightful live music. A touching piano and violin duet brought the heart-warming vibe to the guests. 

在主会场两侧的儿童乐园里，小朋友与父母共同参与了各类手工项目，包括圣诞面部彩绘、姜饼人制作、圣诞贺卡DIY等，同时还参与了趣味十足的集点游戏，例如迷你桌球和高尔夫球、桌上先锋工程。完成所有集点项目的小朋友获得了冒险园体验券、茶叶填充玩具、飞机模型等奖品。除此之外，圣诞老人、雪宝、麋鹿鲁道夫、霸王龙都亲临现场，为大家带来欢声笑语！

In the Children’s Corners next to Flair, parents and kids participated in different fun games, including mini pool, mini golf and Table Engineer, as well as some hands-on activities such as gingerbread man DIY and Christmas card DIY, and enjoyed some quality time together. Kids who finished all the activities received prizes such as adventure park vouchers, stuffed toys and airplane models,etc. In the main venue, Santa Claus, Reindeer and even T-Rex showed up and brought joy to everyone. 

在派对的末尾，小朋友们展开了最佳着装大比拼。身穿各种可爱动物服装的萌宝在来宾的欢呼声中一一亮相。随后，派对又进行了礼物互换环节，让大家提前感受到圣诞的暖心传统，现场互换礼物数量超过100件。在活动最后，美商会为嘉宾们准备了丰富的抽奖礼品，包括成都往返美国的机票、马术俱乐部体验券、桑蚕丝定制丝巾、百老汇经典儿童剧套票、健康管理套餐、萌趣公仔礼盒、儿童牙齿护理护照和儿童电动牙刷。

At the end of Party, the Best Dressed Contest was on. Accompanied by the cheer of guests, cute kids dressed in animal costumes competed with each other on the stage. The next round was Secret Santa which let everyone felt the Christmas spirit. There were over 100 gifts being exchanged by the guests. There was also a raffle round, and the lucky winners received prizes such as Chengdu- U.S. round-trip flight tickets, horse riding experience vouchers, custom-made silk scarves, Broadway children’s play tickets, health management packages, fun toy sets, children dental care vouchers and children electronic toothbrushes.
