新西兰海鸥加油站原本每月底推出一次特价，但为了庆祝女皇生日，海鸥加油站将５月份的特价推后到六月初。

从昨天（周四）早上7时起，新西兰全国各地的海鸥加油站推出特价，每公升油价下调十五仙，特价将在今天（周五）中午十二时结束。

如果顾客手中持有Countdown超市的优惠券，则在海鸥加油站将获得进一步的折扣。

海鸥加油站（Gull）是一个遍布新西兰境内的低价加油站，由于它的存在，其它燃油公司的加油站不得不尾随其低价，以免客户流失。

并不是每位驾驶人都愿意使用海鸥加油站的产品，因为它提供的乙醇汽油（俗称“酒精汽油”）比较环保，但不耐烧，它的普通汽油中含有10%的生物燃料也就是乙醇，柴油中含有5%的乙醇。
