Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter is Bayer Australia Ltd (ABN 22 000 138 714) of 875 Pacific Highway, Pymble NSW 2073 (Promoter). Entry into the Promotion is open to persons who are aged 18 years or over. The Promotion commences at 12:00pm on November 21^st, 2017 and entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 12:00 pm on November 24^th, 2017. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter for any reason by the relevant closing date.

The winners will be determined at Bayer Australia on November 24^th, 2017 at 5:00pm and winners will be notified by the Promoter within [1 day] of the judging by telephone or email using the contact details provided by the entrant. The Promoter is not responsible if the prize-winner cannot be contacted within [1 day] of judging.

The prize is not redeemable for cash. [Participants consent to the Promoter using the participant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a prize-winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant.

The Promoter will otherwise use and handle personal information as set out in its privacy policy, which can be accessed by visiting www.bayer.com.au. As the Promoter is a global organization, personal information may be stored overseas. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct any personal information to the Promoter and direct any complaints regarding treatment of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
