Session1 – GL: This sessionteaches the most common end user functions in SAP’s General Ledger Accountingmodule.

· Terminology explanation in SAP GL module

· Learn G/L accounting tasks in SAP withhands-on exercises

· Learn how to work with G/L accounts, balancesand line items

· Post and park and reverse document entry(journal)

· Search, display and change document entry(journal)

· Month end GL reconciliation such asPrepayment and Accrual in SAP

· Run important financial reports in SAP suchas Balance sheet, P&L, cash flow and GST(Tax) report

· Month end closing

· Learn lots of great tips in SAP to improveyour working efficiency.

Session2 – AP: This sessionteaches the most common end user functions in SAP’s Accounts Payable (A/P)component.

· Terminology explanation in SAP-AP module

· Set up/update/block creditor and vendoraccount in SAP

· Post vendor invoice and credit note and clearthem

· How to reverse wrong document entry

· Learn how to work with vendor records,balances and line items

· Post outgoing payments by check and EFT

· Process automatic payment runs via proposalschedule

· Learn how to do AP reconciliation in SAP

· Run important financial reports such as A/PInfo systems, cash outflow forecasting, AP payment history, Vendor list and etc

· Interview tips

Session3 – AR This sessionteaches the most common end user functions in SAP’s Accounts Receivable (A/R)component.

· Terminology explanation in SAP AR module

· Learn how to work with customer records,balances and line items

· Set up/update/block debtor and customeraccount in SAP

· Check and change the credit limit in SAP

· How to enter sales invoice and billing?

· How to receive full amount, partial amountand excess amount from customer

· How to raise credit note and pay refund

· Post, search and display customer documents

· Run financial reports such as A/R Infosystems, Customer balances, Customer lists

· How to chase up outstanding debts and do thedunning procedure

· Learn how to write off bad debts

· Learn how to do bank reconciliation in SAP

Session4 – Fixed Asset: Thissession teaches the most common end user functions in SAP’s Asset Accounting(FIAA) component. This session is a basic requirement for every assetaccountant.

· Terminology explanation in SAP-Asset module

· Check fixed asset clearing account movementand collect invoice from AP

· Create fixed asset and post value in SAP

· Learn how to do the disposal with or withoutrevenue

· Transfer or reclassify the fixed asset

· Learn how to reverse the wrong fixed assetentry

· Process depreciation run and month-endclosing

· Learn how to do fixed asset reconciliation
