昨天新西兰房产估价机构Quotable Value公布2月数据,显示截至2月底的一个季度中,奥克兰地区房屋价值下跌0.7%,而全国其他地区微幅上涨为主。
至2月底,奥克兰地区房产平均估价为$925,656。尽管连续两个月下滑,但对比去年同期仍增幅17.8%。
不过QV全国发言人Andrea Rush说,奥克兰的下跌应该是暂时的,过去几周奥克兰地区房地产成交再次出现活跃迹象。
QV的注册估价师James Wilson说,“目前的拍卖出清率尽管还比不上2015年中期,但拍卖后协商成交比例上升,出清率和拍卖人数都在回暖。”
