公司对外业务联络, 供应商沟通与管理,活动策划与实施。

岗位要求: 

1. 本科以上学历, 英语流利 

2. 积极上进, 具有良好的团队合作精神

3. 具备良好的沟通能力, 做事耐心谨慎有责任心 

4. 有合法英国身份者优先 

5. 旅游管理等相关专业毕业生优先

• Concentrated sales activity through telephone contact and emails in Mandarin and English to chase sales opportunities; 

• Achieving sales targets through targeted campaigns; 

• Following up sales with all the necessary administration; 

• Build good relationships with clients and their sales teams, ensuring timely flow of information to support sales and development opportunities; 

• Work with the marketing team to ensure consistency and strength of online and offline marketing activities; Maintain accurate records of sales activity and report call information, sales leads, and customer profiles in a timely manner; 

• Administrative and other tasks as required by the business.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills 

• Ability to strengthen existing relationships with clients 

• Knowledge of marketing principles 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedule work load - excellent time management skills 

• Working to your own initiative in order to get results 

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Determined personality and have a 'Can Do’ attitude 

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken 

• Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Mail A proven track record in generating leads and converting leads in to sales in the Chinese market will be a distinct advantage 

• Experience within a B2B sales environment and/or of contacting C-level executives or decision makers is desirable 

• Qualifying enquiries and booking and confirming appointments within development sites

• Qualifying walk ins within the sales and marketing suite

• Conduct viewings of the marketing suites with when appropriate with agents and potential buyers from the Chinese market

• Show round prospective buyers on sites when necessary from the Chinese market

• Assisting sales contracts progressing and customer service from the Chinese market

• Liaising with buyer and client solicitors to ensure deadlines are met and queries answered

• Distributing bi-weekly sales and viewing reports to management team

• Assist the UK Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of on site events for Chinese and international markets

• Work at weekends when necessary to support Sales Manager (China)

• Business Development - maturity relationships with clients

• Educated to degree level 

• Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in Mandarin and English 

• Courteous & efficient telephone manner

• Ability to appreciate "the big picture", whilst having a talent for detail & an inherent thoroughness in task approach, follow-up & completion

• Interested in property markets 

• Ability to inspire confidence & gain credibility with senior management

• High degree of personal loyalty & integrity

• Team player 

• Presentation skills 

• Strong interpersonal skills

Salary: £25,000.00 /year

• Meeting and greeting local and international clients into the boutique
  

• Performing to your maximum to ensure clients receive the best customer service as possible

• Being very knowledgeable with Social Media platforms such as WeChat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Twitter

• Utilising existing client book to maximise on sales

• Ensuring your personal and hygienic appearance is up to the standards of the company’s requirements

• Working very closely with team members and other departments for the businesses benefit

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role required

• Established client book required

• Some good knowledge and experience with ‘WeChat’

• Good, confident face to face customer service

• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin
