支持政府的范文：

It is evident that governments should not give permission to companies for some types of scientific research. For instance, researches into nuclear technology, national defense or military intelligence are of strategic importance, national interests or high levels of secrecy. If they are carried out only by the government, there would be no chance for private businesses to conduct illegal experiments that are detrimental to the national safety and the well-being of people.

第一句话用到了主句从句。

It is + adj + that + 主谓宾.

It做形式主语，而that后面引导的从句才是真正的主语。

例句：It is obvious that students should get well prepared for their future.

显然，学生们应该为他们的未来做好准备。

例句：It is certain that her invention will make people's life more convenient.

无疑她的发明将使得人们的生活更方便。
