由中国西南美国商会、IFS国金豪庭以及环球医生联合举办的医疗急救免费培训于2017年7月14日成功举行。此次讲座特邀环球医生成都国际医疗中心的汪洁溪医生就急救知识以及心肺复苏技能的操作带来分享。

On July 9, 2017, the American Chamber of Commerce in Southwest China, alongside two of its members, Global Doctor Chengdu and IFS Residence, organized an Emergency First-Aid and CPR skill training seminar. The keynote speaker of the event was Dr. Jessica Watters of Global Doctor Chengdu.

本次讲座吸引了联合利华成都分公司、凹凸电子（成都）有限公司、中电柯林斯、依欧格资源中国有限公司、中豪律师集团（四川）事务所、大都会人寿、德事中心、陶氏化学、宋庆龄幼儿园等共40多位美商会会员和朋友们的积极参与。讲座现场氛围非常活跃，急救知识的宣传和心肺复苏的实践操作也让会员公司纷纷表示获益匪浅。

There were over 40 representatives from AmCham members such as Unilever, O2 Micro, Rockwell Collins CETC Avionics Co., LTD, EOG Resources, Zhong Hao Law Firm, MetLife, The Executive Centre, Dow Chemical Company, and Soong Ching Ling International Kindergarten. All of the attendees enjoyed the event and found the skills learned to be beneficial. 

讲座中，汪洁溪医生给大家普及了过敏、中毒、被异物噎住等紧急情况下的自救与互救，区分了成人与小孩的不同急救方法，帮助大家更深入、更细致地了解到如何进行正确有效的应急操作。在茶歇期间，参与讲座的众多会员与汪洁溪医生进行了交流，提出了自己的疑问并得到了满意的答复。茶歇之后，汪洁溪医生就心肺复苏的技能给大家进行了实践培训，会员们在轻松愉快的氛围中体验了一次模拟操作，并得到了正确的指导。期间，美商会还进行了两轮幸运抽奖，是本次讲座的新增亮点。

Dr. Watters taught first aid responses to several different situations; she addressed allergic reactions, poisoning, and choking, as well as the distinct methods for both children and adults. During the tea break there was a Q&A session through which Dr. Watters clarified all remaining questions from the participants. Afterwards, she continued the seminar by training everyone in CPR skills. A new twist to the seminar, and a pleasant surprise for the guests, were the two lucky draws held during the break.
