西南美国商会于2017年1月10日周二晚隆重召开年终大会暨二十周年新春庆典，投票选举了2017年新一届的理事会成员，包括会长、副会长，3位常务理事（分别主管活动、财务、行政），以及6位理事，共11位成员。理事会对美商会的发展至关重要，推动、引导着美商会的发展。

AmCham Southwest held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 20th Year Anniversary on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 where members of AmCham cast their votes to elect the 2017 Board of Governors (BOG). The AmCham Southwest 2017 Board of Governors includes 11 members, a Chairman, a Vice Chairman, three Officers (programs and activities, administration, and treasury respectively), and six others. The BOG serves a vital role in guiding the thriving development of AmCham.
