Your Will

• Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the CFO 

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents as and when required File and retrieve documents and reference materials  

• Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents  

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements  

• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events  

• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings  

• Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications  

• Interact with external clients, assisting the CFO by interpreting between English and Mandarin  

• Co-ordinate project-based work  

• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary  

• Assist CFO with the finance relevant duties as request

Your Skills

• Experience providing support at executive level  

• Able to operate at a senior and VIP level with the CEO 

• Able to travel  

• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite  

• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

• Professionally fluent in Mandarin and English in written and verbal form and able to write professional report in Mandarin for use at the highest level

• Organizational and planning skills  

• Communication skills  

• Ability to carry out day to day work in an honest and efficient capacity
