中国西南美国商会重庆2017年度大会于2017年3月2日在华宇温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店成功举办。

The American Chamber of Commerce in Southwest China Chongqing successfully held the 2017 Annual General Meeting on March 2 in Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Huayu Chongqing.

中国西南美国商会年会是一年中商会会员企业高管参与人数最多，当地政府以及各外国领事馆政府官员参与最多，意义最重大的活动。因为它既是我们回顾美商会在过去一年中发展概况的时刻，也是揭晓新一届美商会理事会选举结果的时刻。

AGM, the Annual General Meeting is the most influential event with the most attendance of the heads and the senior officers from member companies throughout the year since it is the historical moment to review the AmCham's development during last year and to unveil the election result of AmCham's leadership.

美国驻成都总领事馆总领事Raymond Greene及领馆其他官员出席了本次年会，同时参与嘉宾包括逾百位来自各个领域的企业精英，如凯迪拉克，海南航空，百力通，普华永道，中豪等等。总领事Raymond Greene先生及商务领事Eric Hsu先生同来宾们进行了亲切的交流与合影留念。

The Consul General, Raymond Greene and other officers have attended this event, along with the elites from the leading enterprises in various industries, such as Cadillac, Hainan Airlines, Briggs & Stratton, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Zhonghao Law Firm etc. Raymond Greene and Eric Hsu, the Commercial Consul had genuine conversation and photo shoots with the other guests.

会上，美国驻成都总领事馆总领事Raymond Greene致开幕词时谈及他见证了美商会在2016年的长足发展并表示对美商会2017年各项工作的支持，表达了对中美两国经济文化进一步深入交流的美好祝愿。

During the meeting, Raymond Greene, the U.S. Consul General in Chengdu has addressed an opening speech on his witness to the development of AmCham in 2016. He also showed support towards the future work of AmCham and expressed the fondest regards to the further economic and cultural cooperation between China and America. 

美国商会理事会成员就西南美国商会的发展情况，包括美商会行政管理、项目与活动、财务状况及贸易投资促进服务等各方面做了详细的报告，并详细介绍了2016重庆所举办的活动。

The members of the board of governors of AmCham gave group presentations on different aspects of the development of AmCham Southwest, including administration, programs and activities, finance, trade and investment promotion service as well as the specific details of 2016 activities in Chongqing.

现场两轮幸运抽奖更将本次晚宴的气氛推向了高潮。奖品包括由海南航空提供的重庆直飞美国洛杉矶往返机票2张，全国国际5星级酒店提供的数张自助餐券和房券，以及由美国葡萄酒进口协会提供的葡萄酒。

Two rounds of lucky draws pushed the AGM to a climax. Prizes Included 2 round tickets from Chongqing to LA (Non-stop Flight) provided by Hainan Airlines, numerous buffet and room vouchers sponsored by international 5-Star hotels in China, and wine provided by American Wine Import Association.

AmCham Annual General Meeting not only reflects the strong cohesion power of the organization, but also functions as a very good business platform for a close communication between the leading team of AmCham and its members.
