Booking.com UK, one of the support companies in the UK is looking for a Chinese Mandarin -speaking Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our international work environment in he Canary Wharf area of London. We are looking for successful candidates to start with us in December 2015.

As a CSE you will act as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations by handling a variety of inquiries.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position in scheduled 8-hour shifts per day. We will be open 24/7 and are looking for flexible candidates to join us.

Main Responsibilities

Liaise between the guest and accommodations: modification of reservations, handling special requests and complaints by phone and e-mail;
Delivering high level of customer service;
Actively participate in various projects within the department;
Promote the Booking.com culture along with your colleagues;

Key Accountabilities Include:

Maintaining the professional image of the showroom with regard to Visual Merchandising, housekeeping standards and dress code.
The successful candidate will have the following key skills and experience:
Essential:
  • Retail experience within a consultative environment

  • Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets

  • Speak Fluent Mandaring

  • Ability to deliver a World Class Customer Experience, exceeding client expectations

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients

  • A high level of IT literacy

Desirable:
  • Luxury jewellery/watch retail experience

  • External jewellery/watch qualifications

  • Visual merchandising skills

  • Advanced selling and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of legal requirements surrounding their role particularly in the areas of:

  • Retail law

  • Health & Safety

  • Security

  • Additional language skills are extremely desirable, due to the diverse nature of our client base

Previous experience of jewellery and watches is desirable, but not essential as full product training will be given.

Position Scope:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time Chinese and English speaking Customer Satisfaction Agent to join our Communications team. As a busuu.com Customer Satisfaction Agent, you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and in relation to our products and services.
