For me, I am not sure either where our company is heading for, but I know clearly where our company originated from – Love. Our company is started by me and Natalie, a couple, and love is the essence for a couple. Most of my friends and relatives marriage are sustained by their children, including my two elder sisters, and that’s why I regard our company as our child. Both Natalie and I are hot tempered and we do quarrel a lot, and even once we went to the marriage administration office to get divorce. It is our company that kept us cool and thought a lot about our business, our clients and our colleagues, and more importantly thought more calmly and thoroughly about our relationship, which actually brought us together. To be honest, I am not a very ambitious man. Though the profitability of business is important for every company to operate more smoothly, the growth of love is the eternal pursuit of our company.




Market Segmentation, a process of dividing a potential market into distinct subsets of consumers, is the marketing strategy of our company. Focusing on applying top American universities is the defining characteristic of our business, and those who want to apply top universities are our targeted clients. Only by providing quality services and successfully helping our clients apply top universities can we boost the brand of our company. Undoubtedly, an increasing number of offers from the American top universities can not only promote our brand but also give us necessary experience, which will surely enable our business to prosper and flourish in the future.


We adopted the client-oriented operation strategy – focusing on top 100 American universities and providing high-quality services only to 30 clients per year are the leading features of our company. It is our primary responsibility and objective to help our clients fulfill their academic dreams of pursuing top American universities, through which we can achieve our own value while harvesting a strong sense of accomplishments and high reputation from our clients. Accordingly, we have been maintaining excellent relationships with our clients, showering them with our love and support along the way, working with them closely and offering guidance and individualized services to them attentively, so that eventually we will realize our common goal. Therefore, we consider the client-oriented service system as a win-win strategy that will benefit both our clients and the sustainable development of the company in the long run.
