To handle existing B2B sales accounts and acquire new business, ensuring customer satisfaction while working to legal compliance and accredited standards of food safety management and quality


  • Contribute to a fast growing company by meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets

  • Manage existing sales accounts, with particular attention to customer requirements and changing business environment

  • Acquire and manage new sales accounts throughout the UK and EU

  • Fluency in English and Mother Tongue Level Japanese or Mandarin are essential.

Our client, a well-known global online financial trading company based in central London, is looking for a Mandarin speaking finance and accounts assistant to join them on an initial temporary basis with potential long term or permanent opportunities.

As a Mandarin speaking treasury assistant, your main responsibilities will be to prepare cash reports, general ledger, process banking transactions, prepare financial reports and deal with any banking , accounts and merchant queries. You will be using your accounting skills whilst liaising with Chinese speaking clients.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, bright and capable accounts assistant with a keen eye for detail and an interest in finance to gain experience in a global financial organisation.

Our client is a Leading organisation within the market research industry. They are looking to appoint a Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese speaking Market Research Interviewers to work in business to business market research.

This B2B market research job is offered on a temporary basis, between 1-6 weeks on an Ad-hoc basis and offers an hourly rate of £10.00-12.00 per hour. The Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese speaking Market Research Interviewers will be based in East or Central London.

Working hours: Over night shifts would be 12pm - 1am start and 8am - 9am Finish Sunday night to Friday morning – depending on time zone (the clocks will change in the duration of this project)

Role Description

As Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese Speaking Market Research Interviewer, you will be working on business to business market research projects across on behalf of European leading companies in the Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese market. Your main focus and responsibility would be to contact business prospects and conduct market research telephone interviews, some of it is customer satisfaction, regarding industrial stairs/escalators/lifts products that they will use. People will be talking to all manner of people from Owners of small businesses, engineers, purchasers, maintenance managers and engineers etc

Person Specification

The candidate, who is successful for the Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese Speaking Market Research Interviewer, will be able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese up to a Native level and ideally will have previous Business to Business B2B market research experience, but we are happy to speak to entry level candidates. The successful Candidate will also have good I.T skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and quick keyboard skills. Ideally, you will also have previous experience of working in a call centre environment with a good telephone manner.
