Digital Marketing Trainee An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Trainee to join our expanding team. This is a key role supervising linguists, reviewing work and helping to improve the daily workflow of the team.

This role will focus on developing your skills and understandings of the core disciplines of International Digital Marketing whilst broadening your knowledge in all aspects of web marketing in particular SEO, Paid Search and Social Media. The successful candidate will work together with our team of Project Coordinators supervising linguists, reviewing work and helping to improve the daily workflow of the team. 

-   Coordinating projects to ensure the deliverables meet clients’ expectations 

-   Carrying out online research, SEO, Content Marketing, PPC and PR tasks 

-   Helping to train the linguistic team 

-   Assisting the Project Managers and Coordinators in supervising the linguistic team 

-   Assisting the Project Managers and Coordinators in reviewing deliverables 

-   Ensuring on time delivery of all work undertaken to meet business and client objectives 

-   Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with Internal 

-   Identifying further opportunities to expand the services offered, maintaining a commercial focus at all times, both from a Webcertain™ and a client perspective 

-   Ensuring good working relationships are maintained with all team members 

-   Sharing acquired knowledge by writing blog posts and/or taking part in videos 

Essential

-   Ability to fluently write and speak English 

-   Good communication and organisational skills 

-   Ability to manage and prioritise own workload under pressure 

-   Excellent team player 

-   The ability to observe situations, and solve problems using lateral thinking 

-   Intermediate experience of Microsoft Office 

-   Excellent project management / customer service skills 

-   Native level proficiency in a Webcertain™ Business Language (see list below) 

Desirable

-   Marketing or IT background is ideal but not essential as training will be offered 

This position is full-time. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, excluding breaks, which are unpaid. Start and finish times, including any breaks, are to be agreed with your Line Manager.

The benefits are available to all permanent staff after the probation period, salary for this post is £18,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonus.
