As the guest speaker, Mr. Ian Zheng, member of AmCham Southwest Chongqing Organizing Committee, also vice-chairman of Zhonghao Law Firm, conducted a professional and in-depth review and analysis of the Zhongxing incident for the audience present, with his vivid and detailed slides.

Ian began with the background of the ban and used his extensive knowledge of international relations to clarify the cause and effect of the matter for everyone. Subsequently, he analyzed the different market strategies of Huawei and ZTE, with corresponding consequences. In the end, he cited ZTE incident and summed up the reflections that Chinese companies should undertake. Ian also warned the companies to respect the law and pay attention to compliance in order to be able to pursue substantial development.
