美商会（重庆）携手中世律所联盟·重庆索通律师事务所，于2017年11月9日下午在重庆索通律师事务所成功举办了“商机下的馅饼与陷阱——企业不得不防的刑事法律风险”法律沙龙活动。
On November 9th, 2017, AmCham (CQ) together with Sino-Global Legal Alliance·Solton & Partners successfully held the salon entitled "The Underlying Carrots and Sticks of Commercial Opportunities: Criminal Legal Risks that Enterprises Should Beware."
围绕如何确保企业健康发展的话题，主持人何峰先生以及四位来自索通刑事辩护中心的主讲人段维先生、刘清源先生、刘超先生和周婉洁女士为我们带来了一场知识的盛宴。美商会会员企业代表和索通优秀客户参会，现场气氛热烈、互动积极，展现了大家的参与热情。
Focusing on maintaining the healthy growth and prosperity of enterprises, the host Mr. Feng HE, Senior Partner and Director of Criminal Defense Centre, together with four speakers from the centre, Mr. Wei DUAN, Mr. Qingyuan LIU, Mr. Chao LIU, and Ms. Wanjie ZHOU, brought us a splendid feast of knowledge. Guests from AmCham members, Solton clients, and other related entities participated in the seminar, which showed warm atmosphere and active interactions.

第一位主讲人为索通高级顾问、刑事辩护中心律师段维。段维曾任职于重庆市人民检察院，任职期间曾荣获“重庆市十佳公诉人”称号。他以“无间道”为题，首先从企业人员职务犯罪的认识误区讲起，然后详细介绍了企业内部法律职务犯罪，重点分析了职务侵占罪、挪用资金罪、非国家工作人员受贿罪、非国家工作人员行贿罪，通过详尽的案例及权威的法律条文分析帮助与会人员了解、认识职务犯罪。
The first speaker Mr. Wei DUAN, lawyer and senior consultant, previously worked in Chongqing municipal people's procuratorate, and won the "Top Ten Prosecutors in Chongqing" award. He began with misunderstandings in internal duty crimes in enterprises under the theme of the movie "Infernal Affairs." Furthermore, Mr. DUAN analyzed the internal duty-related crimes and laid importance on the crime of official embezzlement, capital embezzlement, and bribery crime of non-official servant. The detailed case studies and authoritative analysis of legal provisions helped the participants a lot to get a deeper knowledge of duty-related crimes.
随后的第二位主讲人是索通刑事辩护中心律师刘清源，他曾任职于重庆市公安局，长期从事刑事犯罪侦查工作。刘清源讲解了企业经营中的外部刑事风险及对策，通过侵犯商业秘密案件看刑事诉讼“亮剑”效果。
The next speaker was Mr. Qingyuan LIU, a lawyer from Criminal Defense Centre of Solton & Partners. He previously worked in Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau and is specialized in criminal investigation. Mr. LIU made an interpretation of the external criminal risks posted in the operation of enterprises, and shared with us substantial cases of infringement of commercial secrets.
第三位主讲人刘超，曾任职于重庆市公安局，长期从事经济犯罪侦查工作，还是首届重庆检察官律师模拟庭审大赛优秀辩护人获得者。他围绕当前热点经济犯罪，重点解析了侵犯公民个人信息罪及金融信贷领域犯罪。
Afterwards, the third speaker Mr. Chao LIU previously worked in Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau and is specialized in economic crimes investigation. He was the "Outstanding Defender" of the 1st moot court competition held for prosecutors and lawyers in Chongqing. Mr. LIU briefed the guests the infringement of private information and crimes in credit financing area.
最后一位主讲人是来自索通刑事辩论中心的周婉洁律师，曾任职检察分院部门负责人，首届川渝公诉人辨论赛选手，最高人民检察院第一期全国公诉业务技能师资示范班成员。周婉洁以“辛德勒的名单”为题，围绕刑法、刑事风险及应对的防控方法进行了讲解。图文并茂的内容和她温婉细致的阐述令人如沐春风，受益匪浅。
The last speaker is Ms. Wanjie ZHOU, lawyer and senior consultant from Criminal Defense Centre, previously worked as principal in people's procuratorate. She was a contestant in the 1st prosecutor debate in Sichuan and Chongqing, and a member of the 1st National Demonstration Class of Prosecution Skills organized by the Supreme People's Procuratorate. She displayed the movie clips of "Schindler's List" and centered on the prevention and control methods of the criminal law and criminal risks. Her illustrated presentation was both educational and entertaining.
