Responsibilities :

• Greet, serve and advise customers, meeting the brands exceptional standards of customer service

  
  

• Reflect the glamour the brand has become known for

  
  

• Demonstrate product knowledge of all areas of the brand, current marketing campaigns, and new launches in order to answer customer queries with regards to these

  
  

• Represent the brand during promotional events

  
  

• Have a detailed understanding of products including materials and features in order to better advise customers

  
  

• Follow all stock management procedures

  
  

• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display to insure that these meet the boutique’s requirements

  
  

• Have a high-level understanding of the selling systems, including cash and credit and exchange procedures.

  
  

• Attend meetings and training events

  
  

• To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Experience in luxury sales

• Adheres to the brand’s appearance guidelines

• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

• Positive working attitude and a strong drive for results

• Have a genuine interest in and understanding of the luxury retail and the fashion industry

• Be able to work alone as well as part of a team

• Able to successfully multitask and prioritise workload

• A proactive attitude

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated

• Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Mandarin speaker with high level English ability
