据REIV最新数据,本周末墨尔本房产拍卖市场延续了近期以来强劲的购买力市场,共计548套房产,拍卖售出414套,录得清盘率76%,而去年同期仅56%,比上周72%的清盘率也超出4%。详细的数字如下:
