Job Purpose
Assist to implement regional-led and local-initiated sales and marketing activities to support brand building, service enhancement and sales acquisitions.
Responsibilities
• Acquires the industry knowledge in a short term so can start respond the customers’ request
• Tracks the customers’ activities by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding related info to managers
• Understands the customers’ needs, coordinates with different functions to improve the customers’ experience
• Conduct market research to feed pipelines
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing or related disciplines. Experience in a fast paced transportation/courier industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written/verbal), Mandarin (written/verbal) is preferred. Good communication & interpersonal skills a must. Proficient PC skills in MS Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
