主题一：
2018年，距离四川汶川大地震整整10年，国人们对这场意料之外的灾害一定有挥之不去的伤痛，至那时起，许多写字楼每年都会定期举行地震演练，加强职场白领们地震自救逃生知识的普及工作。同时伴随地震而来的其他灾害，如火灾（煤气泄露，电器着火）、洪水（水坝决口或山崩壅塞）、泥石流、毒气泄漏、瘟疫等也是不可忽视的潜在隐患，白领们出差、旅行时更需要熟知防震自救知识,在关键时候保护好自身安全以及帮助同伴脱困。特此美商会诚邀国家“千人计划”人才、地震预警四川省重点实验室主任王暾博士通过大量事例介绍遇到地震时应该如何科学采取正确的避险措施，提高自救互救的意识与能力，并号召大家向家庭成员、亲朋好友广泛普及防震减灾知识，促进公司企业内部防震减灾，加强家庭科普教育共同营造全社会参与防震减灾的良好氛围。
Although it has been ten years since 2018 Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan, the sorrow of the unexpected disaster are still lingering in Chinese people’s memory. Since then, regular earthquake drills are held in many office buildings each year to enhance white collars’ awareness of self-rescues and safety escapes in earthquake. Also, earthquake is followed by other potential hazards, such as fire (gas leaking, electrical fire), flooding (dam bursting or landslide), mudslide, toxic gas leakage, plague, etc. To deal with the emergency situation during business trips and traveling, white collar workers should get familiar with knowledge of self-rescue measures in order to protect themselves and help others out in a pinch. Therefore, AmCham sincerely invited Dr. Tun Wang, One of the “Thousand Talents Program of China”, Director of the Earthquake Early Warning Key Laboratory of Sichuan Province, Director of Institute of Care-life, Chengdu, China to share a seminar. Dr. Tun Wang will introduces examples to teach us how to take scientific and valid measures to handle hidden danger in earthquake, thus audience will improve their safety awareness and self-rescue ability. The lecture aims at popularizing the knowledge of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation among our colleagues, families and friends, furthermore to create the whole society's active participation into earthquake disaster mitigation.

企业白领因工作压力大，经常加班加点，常忽略吃饭细嚼慢咽对口腔保护的重要性，这导致了大量细菌残留口腔，不仅有损白领职场形象，影响其身体健康，严重时更可能诱发多种重大疾病。据最新美国印第安纳大学牙科学院研究显示，口腔疾病易于诱发心脏病、糖尿病、呼吸道疾病等疾病，因此口腔问题实在不容小觑。美商会特邀拜博口腔姚政希医生结合白领每天工作、生活出行等遇见的口腔问题，分享专业的日常口腔知识，为大家详细讲解口腔清洁方式、工作习惯、生活作息（如熬夜）以及饮食习惯（如爱吃甜食或饮酒）对口腔造成的影响，以增强现场嘉宾的口腔健康观念和自我口腔保健意识。活动互动环节中，姚政希医将为白领们检查牙齿健康状况，并提出适当建议。
Under great pressure, white-collar workers have to work overtime so that ignore taking time to eat, which is an important way to protect oral cavity. Due to the bad habits, lots of bacteria remained in oral cavity. It not only damages white-collar workers’ business images, but also affects their health, which may cause various illnesses when situations are getting worse. According to the newest study by Indiana University Faculty of Dentistry, stomatosis will cause diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, respiratory disease etc. Thus, oral health problems cannot be neglected. Amcham specially invited Doctor Yao zhengxi from Chengdu baibo stomatological hospitalto share professional knowledge of oral cavity daily care. Concerning white collars’ oral cavity problems in their daily life, he will raise participants’ awareness about oral health and oral protection by explaining how different ways of oral cleaning, working habits, daily routines (eg: staying up all night) and eating habits (eg: eating sweets, drinking alcohol) would affect oral health. In interactive session, Doctor Yao zhengxi will offer free oral cavity examination for on-site guests and give them proper advice.

成都拜博口腔医院牙周医师/口腔全科医师，美国哈佛大学牙周病科临床研究院
毕业于四川大学华西口腔医学院台湾班及加拿大安大略省皇后大学，取得口腔临床学士学位，加拿大CAP牙周防治认证医师；
曾担任美国哈佛大学牙周病科临床研究员，多次前往美国、加拿大、台湾学习深造，患者亲切地称为“微笑的牙医”
Periodontal doctor / general practitioner, Chengdu baibo stomatological hospital,Clinical research institute of periodontal disease, Harvard university, USA
Graduated from Taiwan class of west China stomatology school of Sichuan university and queen's university of Ontario, Canada, with bachelor's degree in stomatology and certified dentist for periodontal prevention and treatment in cap, Canada
He served as a clinical researcher in the periodontal disease department of Harvard university in the United States. he went to the United States, Canada and Taiwan for further study.The northern patient is affectionately called " smiling dentist."
