2016年首月就遭遇重创，但中文投资网（代码：CIIX）却抵御了大盘的施压，股价1月基本收平，成为了股市当中为数不多的保值投资。
然而更让人激动的是，随着CIIX股权投资的大麻概念股Medicine Men（代码MDCL）的上市，CIIX还将因持有285万股的MDCL，而具有大幅的上升空间。

而当时给出2.05的价格，有相当一部分是预计MDCL能上市成功并为公司带来股权收益。目前该计划已经实现，将进一步反映到CIIX的股价中。
而按照SeeThruEquity给出的2.05美元的目标价，目前交易在0.346美元的CIIX将具有逼近500%的升值空间。
