Chinese Mandarin speaking CRM Executive with excellent CRM, MarketingCampaign Analysis, email and SMS content creation and B2C campaignexpertise is highly sought by a multiple award winning games studiobased in Birmingham who are the UK's largest privately owned mobilee-gaming studio! We currently have just over 220+ employees here at ourBirmingham HQ and we offer some of the UK's best career progressionplans and earning potential with bi-annual salary reviews! In thisposition, you will manage the delivery of all CRM activity for the brand(inc SMS marketing, email, push, loyalty programmes etc) and generate,track and analyse a suite of CRM related routine reports with a focus onreporting and performance.
In terms of your skill-set, you will have previous experience in amarketing/CRM team with good experience executing B2C campaignsincluding A/B testing, segmentations, campaign planning and promotionalcalendar management (bonuses, promotions, campaigns etc).
Key Responsibilities
· Experience using and optimizing CRM techniques (inc segmentation,campaign planning, implementation, evaluation etc)
· Fluent Chinese Mandarin speaker - to liaise with our Taiwanese office
· Experience creating email and SMS content for CRM campaigns
· Excellent B2C experience (either at a marketing agency, client sideor in a CRM team)
· Strong analytical skills (campaign tracking, performance monitoring,reporting, analysis etc)

· Experience in high growth market vertical such as Gaming, Insurance,Travel, Retail etc
