美商会（重庆）于2018年12月14日周五晚在重庆JW万豪酒店成功举办了“拥抱爱”圣诞答谢晚宴。在圣诞来临之际，美商会特别邀请了来自商会会员、政府和友好合作单位嘉宾及其家人、朋友在年末与我们一起拥抱爱，为我们共同走过的2018画上圆满句号，为不远的2019温暖展望。

AmCham (CQ) successfully held 2018 AmCham "Embrace Love" Christmas Celebration in JW Marriott Chongqing on Friday, December 14th, 2018. With Christmas approaching, we invited AmCham member executives, local government officials and our partners along with their family and friends to attend this event and share a happy and fun-filled night together.

本次圣诞晚宴的主题是拥抱爱， 西南美国商会精心策划布置现场并为来宾们准备了圣诞帽和圣诞装饰头饰。圣诞老人也来到了我们活动现场，为来宾和小朋友们带来了充满爱的圣诞礼物。来宾们纷纷和圣诞老人合影留念，记录下这珍贵的瞬间。

With a heartwarming “Embrace love” theme, we elaborately decorated the venue and prepared tailored Christmas gifts for our guests. Santa Claus also came to the event with a full bag of gifts to our friends and little ones. Guests happily took photos with Santa Claus to keep this precious moments.

伴随着欢快的圣诞音乐和由美商会重庆团队带来的热情洋溢的开场舞，圣诞晚宴拉开了帷幕。中国西南美国商会会长王晓东先生, 中国西南美国商会重庆执行委员会会长郑毅先生为晚宴致辞。随后，在场的西南美商会理事们一同上台祝酒，感谢朋友们对美商会的支持，并祝愿大家圣诞快乐。

Following the delightful Christmas songs, AmCham Chongqing team kicked off the event with a lively opening dance. Mr. Benjamin Wang, Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Southwest China; Mr. Ian Zheng, Chairman of the AmCham Southwest China Chongqing Organizing Committee addressed the opening speech. Then, AmCham organizing committee members present at the event all came to the stage for a toast, expressing thanks to our members and friends for their great support in the past years and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas.

在欣赏完重庆歌舞团艺术学校的小朋友带来的芭蕾舞表演之后，嘉宾们开始享用丰盛的圣诞晚餐。与此同时，我们也为嘉宾们献上了其他丰富精彩的表演：美妙动听的现场爵士音乐，激情洋溢的探戈，来自西方别样风情的民谣吉他弹唱，承载独特东方风韵的古筝演奏。由转运楼带来的惊艳川剧《巾帼英雄》和变脸表演更是获得了在场嘉宾的阵阵欢呼和掌声。

After enjoying the ballet performance brought by children from Chongqing Song and Dance Ensemble Art School, all the guests started to enjoy the delicious Christmas cuisines. At the same time, we presented our guests with other wonderful performances: beautiful jazz songs , enthusiastic tango, western folk song guitar performance, and a zither performance carrying eastern charm. Sichuan Opera “Heroine” and “Face-Changing”performance brought by Zhuanyunlou won great cheers and unanimous praises from the guests.

除了精彩的表演外，本次晚宴也专门为小朋友们准备了有趣的互动游戏“爱的抱抱”。参与的小朋友都获得了圣诞老人准备的小礼物。他们彼此间爱的抱抱也为整场晚宴带来了最温馨的瞬间。

In addition to the wonderful performances, we have also prepared a fun interactive game “Hug with Love”for our little guests. Participant children all received small gifts from Santa Claus and their hugs and smiles lightened the whole night. 

表演和游戏期间穿插着激动人心的抽奖环节。从豪华五星级酒店餐房券、高端葡萄酒到由长荣/立荣航空支持的Hello Kitty限量机模和中国往返美国机票，将本次庆典一次次推向高潮。来宾们为中奖者欢呼喝彩，整个会场都充满了欢声笑语。在众人意犹未尽之时，乐队带来了一曲See You Again，就像里面的歌词“A friendship turn into a bond and that bond will never be broke and the love will never get lost,” 感谢您与美商会一路走来，我们的深厚情谊将不会改变，美商会期待下次与您再相聚。

Two rounds of lucky draws with prizes ranging from five-star hotels’ buffet and room vouchers, luxury wines to a Hello Kitty limited version flight model and a round-trip flight ticket from China to the U.S. sponsored by Eva/Uni Air made the highlight of the event. Guests congratulated the winners, and the entire venue was filled with laughter. When everyone was still unfinished, the band brought a song See You Again. Just like the lyrics say, “A friendship turn into a bond and that bond will never be broke and the love will never get lost," thanks for everyone’s support and love, AmCham is looking forward to seeing you all again.
