2018年12月8日的第四十六场考试已经落下帷幕。雅思姐在这里和大家简要分享一下这场考试的写作题目。

大作文题目

Some people aim to achieve balance between work and other parts of their lives. But they often fail to achieve balance. What causes the situation? How to overcome this problem?

这次的考试题目属于平衡工作与生活类的话题。本次题目是中国大陆2012年3月8日的考试原题。所以大家一定要重视以前的考试题目，多多钻研哦。此外，本次作文的题型是解决类论证方式，在雅思作文当中出现的频率相比较而言不是特别高，但是每次出现，我相信一定有很多同学都深深地陷入迷茫之中！大家通常都会想到原因，却提不出来合理及合适的解决办法，这便成了题目的难点，写不好的话结构容易零散，内容也容易写跑偏或者太空洞。那我们就一起来看看这个题目吧：

题目大意为：

有一些人想要实现工作与生活中其他部分之间的平衡，但是很多人却很难很好地平衡这两者。是什么原因导致了这种情况？有什么办法可以克服这个问题？

这个题目中并没有出现比较生僻或学术类的词汇，所以同学们很容易能够读懂的题目的意思，就是要分别讨论原因以及解决办法。但是这个题目的难点就像之前说到的，不在于审题，而是在于观点，尤其是解决办法的观点。写不到点上或者太空就很难拿到理想的分数，所以雅思姐接下来就来帮大家来分析分析让人头痛的观点。

在讨论原因和解决方案之前，我们要先思考一下产生这种问题的背景是什么：在现在工作竞争压力特别大，家庭需求又特别高的社会背景下，平衡工作与生活就像是跷跷板，对于很多人来说两边都抓会是一件非常困难的事情。基于这种情况，产生的原因以及可解决方案的可以有以下几点，

Causes(原因)

经济压力太大，人们需要赚更多的钱养家糊口，所以就会投入更多的时间在工作上面，这样就有机会得到更高的薪水。
在工作中的竞争力太大，人们要想在工作中脱颖而出，就要为了职业成就而努力奋斗。这种竞争带来的压力，即使减少他们的工作时间，也很难缓解。
过于追求生活中的物质质量，导致人们在工作中投入的时间与生活时间不成正比。

Solution(解决方案)

在工作与生活很难调节的情况下，要更好的调整自己的心态去缓解压力，和家人及时做好沟通。
提倡国家出台相关政策，保障人们能够享受到时间合理的假期。
提升职场竞争力，为自己做好职业规划，在工作竞争压力很大的情况下通过合理的规划，有助于人们稳步向前。
树立正确的消费观念，不要攀比，不要超出自己能力范围内的消费，以此减少不必要的生活压力。

本次小作文是折线图，和大陆地区3月24日的相同。对比描述了从10月第一周到11月第三周中，火车延误和取消的比率。

The graphs indicate the changing proportion which delayed and cancelled trains represented during the seven weeks from the first one of October.

When it comes to the rate of delayed trains, it witnessed a stable increase from 20% to 30% in the first week of October, followed by a considerably downward movement to 10% in the next two weeks. After restoring itself, outstripping the most serious level to the peak of 50% in the second week of November, it was blessed with a partial recovery to 30% in the end.

Turning to the ratio of cancelled trains, the story also experiences a sharp fluctuation. To be specific, it suffered from a significant rise from 3% to 7% one week later, when it started to return to its original level in the following week. From this point on, it went ups and downs dramatically during the remaining time, hitting the bottoms of 2% twice in the fourth week of October and second one of November.

Seen from the charts, the rate of both delayed and cancelled trains changed largely and on the whole the problems became more serious during the given time.
