FX / MM Trader (Fluent Chinese)

We are on the lookout for an experienced Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) speaking broker / trader coming from a CNH FX and / or money markets background. Our client is the brokerage arm of a prestigious investment bank and their international network.
Ideally you will bring solid experience and ambition to further your career within a fast paced and thriving London based office. If you have a black book of contacts and established client base, even better.
That said, our client is open to welcoming and developing talent in the earlier stages of his or her career and we'd still like to talk to you if you bring the necessary language skills, knowledge of the CNH / FX market and ready to push on in your career.
Being fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) & English languages are a must.
Our client brings together buyers and sellers of fixed income cash flow, bonds, currency and financial derivatives in the international money and capital markets.
Their international network ensures they have access to the best rates for long and short-term financing, commercial paper, certificates of deposit, forward foreign exchange, bonds, medium term notes, private placements and derivatives.

You will be joining a vibrant and fast paced team in a unique office environment. Not every company has ping pong, table football, games consoles and arcade games after all!
Responsibilities:
Deliver a world class business to business experience to our diverse range of Chinese restaurants speaking across the UK
Manage multiple client issues and queries, and work towards a first time resolution
Interacting with consumers on particular issues which require intervention.
Dealing with a variety of invoice and administrative matters direct with the Restaurant owner.
Work towards daily, weekly KPI’s and targets. As well as long term individual career goals and development
Required skills:
Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese
A strong communicator in English who enjoys building relationships
A desire to work within a fast paced and constantly changing environment
A strong work ethic, and team focused mentality

负责影视宣传片创意文案及PPT方案撰写；负责公司各类软性宣传资料及商务文案的策划及撰写；
