Dear Parents,

At CISH we offer extracurricular activities and tutoring every Monday-Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. These extracurricular activities can range from athletics, to artistic, scientific, or just fun activities. Some examples of activities we have offered in the past are: basketball, rugby, fencing, boardgames, story time, environmental club, drama, calligraphy. Many of these activities are free and taught by teachers. Others are paid activities taught by outside agencies. For instance, ballet, Kung Fu, and golf are all examples of paid activities.

Your child will be bringing home a sign up form for extracurricular activities. You will need to select two options for each day and then return it to the school as soon as possible. Each extracurricular session lasts approximately 10 weeks, so your child will have the chance to choose several different extracurricular activities this year.

As well there will be a sign up form for school-based tutoring, offered form 3:30-4:30 pm. Please note there is also paid individual private tutoring available after 4:30 pm.

亲爱的家长，

     合肥加拿大国际学校将在周一到周四下午3：30-4：30提供课外活动课程和指导课程。这些课外辅导课程是从体育，艺术，科学课程中选取，还有一些有趣的活动，过去我们提供的课程的一些例子有：篮球，足球，击剑，桌游，故事时间，环境俱乐部，戏剧，书法。这些课外活动课程都是免费的。有一些付费的课外活动课程由校外的机构教授。例如芭蕾舞，功夫，高尔夫都是需要付费的课外活动课程。

      您的孩子会将课外活动申请表带回家。您将需要帮助您的孩子在每天选择两项课外活动课程并且尽快交到学校。每一项课外活动课程将维持10周，所以您的孩子在本学年可以选择各种不同的课外活动课。

      同时，我们将会发一封学校免费辅导申请表回家，这项辅导将在3：30-4：30期间开展。请注意也将会有一项需要支付费用的个人辅导申请表发回家，这项一对一辅导课程将在下午4：30之后开展。
