不得不说，投行申请是个磨人的小妖精。申请过程中不仅考验个人能力，还有你的工作态度，且没有任何后门可走，那些想要绕过网申的，don't give it another thought。
基本流程
【网申】首先要在投行官网上填写个人信息，上传CV个人简历 和covering letter求职信；
【线上测试】然后投行会发邮件让你做几个online tests，心理测试和性格测试等。
【电话面试】如果你的简历够好，学术背景2:1学位以上，经常参加课外活动什么的，投行就会通知你参加电话面试，有时候不止一次（tips：电话面试，可以事先在本子上准备好一些问题的答案）；
【现场面试】电话面试过了之后，投行那边就会邀请做现场面试，很重要（tips：穿的正式点，毕竟面对的是投行高层管理人员）；
【评鉴】 这是最后一轮评估，大致会考查下你的态度，团体协作能力什么的（tips：表现的自信一点，但也不要盲目做领头人）。
这些流程都过一遍，恭喜，接下来就可以坐等投行的offer了，记住一句话：广撒网多捞鱼。
