“ 烤鸭们~在电子邮件频繁使用的现在,无论是申请学校咨询问题还是工作中与老板、同事交换信息,都要用到电子邮件。不同于随意的memo和过于正式的书信,电子邮件有自身的特点和比较固定的一些话术。G类烤鸭可以借鉴一些句型用在Task 1的写作中哟~  ”

GREETINGS

Formal

Dear Sir/ Madam,

(Note: First names are NOT used. Using Miss or Mrs to address a woman  is not appropriate, as you don’t know whether she’s married or not)

REASON FOR WRITING / REPLYING

Formal

Formal

COMPLAINING

怎么样?看完是不是觉得一封邮件也不是随便写写的?当然如果是写给关系密切的家人或者朋友,这些条条框框大可不必太在意。但是在正式场合,一封格式合理,语气恰当的邮件可以给收件人良好的第一印象。以前有句老话说字如其人,如今是邮件识人。
