Dear CISH Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to informyou that the “Maple Dragon Youth Orchestra” Programme at the CanadianInternational School of Hefei will commence on Wednesday, September 5th.Before the official start of the class, we need to assign your child into theinstrument class according to their selections on the registration forms. Wewill have an assembly on Thursday, Aug 30th and Friday Aug 31stafter lunch for those children who have already submitted the registration formand paid the Orchestra fee. Please follow the schedule below to meet the Orchestrateam on time at 12:00pm.
Studentsin Grade 1-5 should meet theOrchestra team on Thursday at12:00pm in the Concord theatre.
Studentsin Grade 6-12 should meet theOrchestra team on Friday at 12:00pmin the CISH Theatre.
Sinceour teachers will communicate with each child one by one to determine theirinstrument selections, parents should discuss with your child in advance abouttheir instrument choices to make the assignment procedure more efficient andavoid further changes.

各位家长同学们：
合肥加拿大国际学校枫叶龙国际青少年乐团将于9月5日下午2:30正式开课，在正式开课前我们需要最终确认你所选择的乐器，并分配班级，所以请所有已经提交乐团报名表并且缴纳完成费用的孩子，于本周四(8月30日）和周五（8月31日）按照如下时间表在班主任的带领下按时参加乐团分班仪式。
请1 --- 5 年级的同学于本周四中午12：00至中加部一楼报告厅参加分班并领取入团通知书。
请 6 --- 12年级的同学于本周五中午12:00至国际部一楼报告厅参加分班并领取入团通知书。
由于分班过程中我们的老师会逐一与孩子沟通指导并帮助孩子选择乐器及分配班级，所以请各位家长可与孩子提前商议选择意向，这样届时可以提高分配效率，避免分配后所出现的问题。
